Local Sources, Closed Cell Foam???

After a couple of pool sessions (many thanks, BTW, to KNL for the
first, and the Sat night group), I've discovered that I need - and I
do mean need - some closed cell foam to outfit a couple of S&G kayaks.
Looking for local sources, preferably salvage-type that I can get
relatively inexpensively, or else things that can be adapted to the

The Outfitters stock closed cell foam, I believe they have some sheets
of 2" and 4".
